Cheap parking but currently there is no clear signage of where to re-enter the parking lot by foot as the main entrance to the stairs is blocked. The stairwells are poorly maintained.

Although about 10 to 12 minutes walk from either Union station or King, I still prefer to what park here because of it's simple accessibility. You are literally 500 m from lower Simcoe, and once on there you would be 500 m away from the Gardiner. On your way there, the GPS will likely direct you to lower Simcoe road, and then a left on the Esplanade. You want to take a left on the small street right before the Esplanade, because that left is all waiting no action.Parking lot is clean, well maintained, multiple storey, and has an air fill as well as a vacuum station.

This green p car park is a multi level structure with lots of parking. I think there is 6 stories of available parking space. It is a 24 hour facility. I'm not sure if there is staff 24 hours but there are pay stations available around the clock. It is well lit. Ramps and elevator make this accessible to all. The rates are great for downtown.

Large and spacious. Bright and clean elevator access. $1/hour for up to 2h on Saturdays perfect for St. Lawrence market

Never have trouble finding parking. Always seems to be the best priced. Great spot to park if you're going to a game or staying near the financial district. Easy to get in and easy to get out to and from the Gardiner.

Huge parking spot. Pretty affordable on weekdays after 6pm. The only downside is the area around this parking lot is just a bit sketchy at night. But still the parking location is ideally located few minutes away from some great food locations.

The parking garage is in a central location for a lot of things and the pricing was reasonable. The garage it’s self could definitely use some maintenance. The elevator was not working, the whole thing looked a bit sketchy, and the stairwell smelled. One of the exits was also closed off for some type of work.
